1. Service Agreement

By using Xihecge services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Xihecge provides automotive repair services including carburetor servicing, suspension maintenance, and engine diagnostics at our facility located at 163 Jalan Tun Perak, Kuala Lumpur 50050, Malaysia.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. A quotation will be provided before work commences.

3. Liability & Warranty

Xihecge warrants all work performed for 30 days from completion date. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to the service rendered. Vehicle owners assume responsibility for their vehicles during service.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur diagnostic fees.

5. Data Protection

Your personal information (name, contact details, vehicle information) is collected for service purposes only. We comply with Malaysian data protection standards and will not share your data with third parties without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Xihecge's total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kuala Lumpur courts.
